What it does : In this piping kit, the mass air flow meter is placed directly before the throttle body, allowing the intake air to be measured just before it enters the engine. This greatly improves idle quality, drivability, and is overall better than the factory original design in which the MAF is placed before the turbo. This kit will also reduce the risk of unmeterd air entering the engine, causing issues generally found on forced induction engines such as boost leaks. Why its better : With this kit you are enabled to use an atmospheric type blow off valve, instead of being limited to the reserculating blow of valve used in the factory design.
